• H.C. Wainwright & Co. Economics Inc. (HCWE/Wainwright Economics) offers its services in the form of a subscription that can be purchased on an annual, semi-annual or quarterly basis. The subscription consists of access to proprietary research publications and consultative services.
• Access to our written research materials is provided to subscibers on our client website: www.hcwe.com
  In addition, our services include on-site meetings (schedules permitting) at the request of the subscriber organization. These visits are intended to keep the client fully informed about our research, explore areas of mutual interest, answer questions and introduce the work to interested colleagues. We are also available to address issues and questions by email or by telephone at any time during our regular business hours, 9am to 4:30 pm U.S. Eastern Time.
• HCWE accepts payment in both hard and soft dollars. We are completely independent and not affiliated with any brokerage house. We are happy to work with the broker of the subscriber’s choice.
• Corporate subscriptions allow for an unlimited number of users at a single location. Additional sites may subscribe for one-half the subscription fee of the original subscribing site.
• Wealth management subscriptions are restricted to a single user.
• Subscription fees are expected to be received within 60 days of the initial subscription or renewal start date.
• Written Notice of Cancellation must be received within 30 days of a renewal start date or the subscriber will be obligated on a monthly basis for services provided.
• HCWE does not refund subscription fees that have been paid should the subscriber cancel before the end of its term.
• The information presented in HCWE publications has been compiled from sources we believe to be reliable, but we do not hold ourselves responsible for its correctness. Opinions are presented without guarantee.
• No portion of HCWE publications or other content may be reproduced in any form without prior written consent.
